RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
COUNTRY LANDSCAPE & SUPPLY, INC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SUBDIVISION TREE INSTALLATION & REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires parkway tree installation and replacement within
various unfinished subdivisions; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont advertised for bids for such work and no bids were
submitted; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to utilize the landscape firm of Country Landscape
& Supply, Inc. based on submittal of a quote for such work; and
WHEREAS, Country Landscape & Supply, Inc. has submitted a quote for such work in the
amount of $28,598.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the
contract with Country Landscape & Supply, Inc. is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS, on this 12th day of November , 2001.
