RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR MAYFAIR ESTATES
WHEREAS, Dr. Evans, Rolling Meadows L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as "the
Petitioner ", is the owner of an approximately 28.5 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the
subject property ", generally located east of Rolling Meadows Subdivision, south of 127th Street,
west of the toll road, and legally described in Exhibit "A ", attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject
property, which is known as Mayfair Estates; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for the 56 lot single -
family subdivision to be known as Mayfair Estates, attached hereto as Exhibit `B," and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Mayfair Estates, which is attached hereto
and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions and the terms and
provisions of the annexation agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 0- 47 -01:
1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation;
2. Land -cash contributions and the annexation fees have been paid to the Village of Lemont in
accordance with Village Ordinances, as follows:

Park Donation: $ 66,000.00
School Donations:
Elementary (K -5) $ 50,871.33
Junior High (6 -8) $ 32,063.56
High School (9 -12) $ 37,665.39
Village of Lemont
Annexation Fee $ 14,000.00
TOTAL $ 240,681.08
