RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR AMBERWOOD P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Steve Dignan, Dignan Development, hereinafter referred to as "the
Petitioner ", is the owner of an approximately 15 acre parcel, hereinafter referred to as "the subject
property ", generally located off of the southwest corner of Walker Road and McCarthy Road in
Lemont, Illinois, and legally described in Exhibit "A ", attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property,
which is known as AMBERWOOD P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for a seven (7) single
family and thirty -six (36) townhome subdivision to be known as AMBERWOOD P.U.D., attached
hereto as Exhibit "B," and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical
development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for AMBERWOOD P.U.D., which is attached
hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions and the terms
and provisions of the annexation agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 0- 47 -01:
1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation;
2. Impact and annexation fees have been paid to the Village of Lemont in accordance with the
Amberwood Annexation agreement, as follows:

Library $ 20,698.80
Park Donation (land): 1.3 acres
School Donations:
Lemont Bromberek District 113A $ 24,741.33
Lemont High School (9 -12) $ 8,168.35
Village of Lemont
Annexation Fee $ 4,750.00
TOTAL $ 58,358.48
