A RESOLUTION APPROVING VILLAGE PARTICIPATION IN
NON -TIF DISTRICT SIGN GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has adopted Ordinance 0- 72 -99, the Non -TIF
Building & Site Grant, Sign Grant and Low Interest Loan Programs, to provide incentives
for building reinvestment within the Village of Lemont's Non -TIF District; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Non -TIF District Sign Grant, the Village Board of
Trustees shall consider participation in signage investment; and
WHEREAS, Walker Liquors, as the lessee of the property known as 12255A Walker
(Rosewood Court Shopping Center) , Lemont, Illinois has completed the Non -TIF
District Sign Grant application for Village participation of said property; and
WHEREAS, Village Staff has reviewed the 12255A Walker application for compliance
with the Non -TIF District Sign Grant guidelines and has recommended approval of the
request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village President is authorized to
execute the Private Sign Grant Agreement attached for Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($750.00) in accordance with the terms of the Non -TIF District Sign Grant guidelines.

Dear Joe,
Thank you for reviewing your sign needs with us. We appreciate the opportunity to offer this
proposal and to work with you in achieving your objectives.
We propose manufacture one raceway painted brown, mount channel letters make neon repairs
and install as per our print A -6168.
Cost to complete $1.500.00
Permit Cost not included.
Payment Terms: 50% down payment, 50% due upon delivery.
Electric needs to be within 6" from the sign.
MI material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard prices. Any alteration or deviation from above
specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon
strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. The owner to carry fire, tomado and other necessary insurance.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
It is agreed that the sign will be paid for upon completion and erection of the same, unless the customer has established credit in writing with AmeriSign Group, Inc. The sign
will remain the property of AmeriSign Group, Inc. until full payment has been made. Should payment not be made as set forth in the contract terms, AmeriSign Group, Inc. may
take possession of the sign induding the accessories, interconnecting materials and wire installed therewith, without notice or consent of the customer and for that purpose
may enter upon the premises of the customer without legal process and without liability therefore. The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby
accepted. You are authorized to do the work specified. Payment will be made as outlined above. In addition to the above, AmeriSign Group, Inc. may also file suit against
customer and customer will be liable for all court costs and attorneys' fees incurred on any such action. All late payments are subject to 18% interest. The failure to make any
payment will im - .'. tely make all subsequent payments due.
