A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY CONSORTIUM CONTRACT WITH THE WEST CENTRAL
MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont finds it necessary to upgrade its information
technology infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, the West Central Municipal Conference (WCMC) entered into a
retainer time agreement with Current Technologies Corporation (CTC); and
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont may purchase discounted blocks of service
from CTC through the negotiated retainer agreement with WCMC
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND
DUPAGE, ILLINOIS; THAT:
SECTION 1: RECITALS: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into
this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2: AUTHORIZATION: The Village Administrator is hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the West Central Municipal Conference in
the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
SECTION 3: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by
law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE,
ILLINOIS ON THIS 12th day of May , 2003.

Effective Dates: Mayl, 2003 -
Number of IT Consulting Hours Purchased: 200
Fees: Each participating WCMC Non - Member community will be charged $80.00 per consulting hour
plus a WCMC administrative fee of 15% of the total number of IT consulting hours committed
to under the WCMC IT Consortium Contract dated January 13, 2003, amended on
January 22, 2003 and May 1, 2003. This addendum includes a credit of $1,200 towards the
administrative fee for this 200 hour block of IT consulting services.
Payment: An invoice is included for the additional 200 Information Technology Consulting Hours
signed up for under the WCMC Information Technology Consortium Contract plus the
discounted administrative fee.
