RESOLUTION APPOINTING TIM SCHLONEGER
ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO SWAHM
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont adopted the Contract and By -Laws of SWAHM by
Ordinance and thereby became a member of said cooperative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CORPORATE AUTHORITIES, OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2: That Tim Schloneger, Assistant Village Administrator, of the Village of
Lemont will serve as Alternative Representative if Gary Holmes — Delegate is
unable to carry our his aforesaid duties as the representative of the Village of
Lemont to said cooperative.
SECTION 3: CONFLICTS: All prior Resolutions and Resolutions, or parts thereof in
conflict or inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby expressly repealed
only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
SECTION 4: REPEALER: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of
the provisions of this Resolution shall be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
