NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat for Eagle Ridge Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions and the terms and provisions of the annexation agreement authorized by Ordinance No. 0- 47 -01: 1.
