RESOLUTION R , wa -o- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF OWNERSHIP OF FORDHAM HILL ESTATES LOTS 97 AND 98 O WHEREAS, Fordham Hill Estates received final plat of subdivision approval on May 8, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Fordham Hill Developer has requested the Village of Lemont to accept title to certain open space lots within the Fordham Hill Subdivision prior to final completion of the Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Resolution No. R- 46 -00, Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision for Fordham Hill Estates, dated May 8, 2000, states that the Village of Lemont will accept Lots 97 and 98 to own and maintain as permanent open space. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, as follows: That the Village of Lemont hereby accepts Lot§ 97 and 98 in Fordham Hill Estates Subdivision Unit One recorded in September, 2000 as Document Number 00732426, contingent upon the Developer providing evidence of Liability Insurance and Letter of Credit for completion, repair and /or replacement of improvements associated with said lots and that the Developer not be relieved from payment of real estate taxes until a Governmental Exemption Certificate has been granted by the Illinois Department of Revenue. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS on this 25th day of March, 2002.
