RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL TO USE
METAL EXTERIOR PANELS FOR A BUILDING
LOCATED AT 13087 MAIN STREET
WHEREAS,, Specco Industries, Inc. is the owner of the property located at 13087 Main
Street in the Village of Lemont; and,
WHEREAS, Specco Industries, Inc. is proposing to expand their office facility located at
13087 Main Street in the Village of Lemont; and,
WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69-98 establishing exterior facade
requirements for structures other than single family and townhouse construction provides for the
sole use office brick, split face masonry, stucco, EIFS, or other approved composite systems for
buildings of this nature; and,
WHEREAS, Village of Lemont Ordinance 0 -69 -98 also allows the Board the option to
approve metal exteriors on a case -by -case basis.
NOW,'1HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that upon Board consideration of the
attached proposal the use of metal exterior panels for 60' by 100' storage building for Specco
Industries, Inc. at 13087 Main Street is hereby approved.
