RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR ASHBURY WOODS (Planned Unit Development) ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT THIS 20TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2002 PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM BY AUTHORITY OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, THIS 20TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2002 J 1 r' 1it=5Cgc: VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. g -,c3-0Q., RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR ASHBURY WOODS (Planned Unit Subdivision) WHEREAS, Donven Homes, Inc., hereby known as "petitioner," is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 19.33 acres located at 15200 West 127th Street in Lemont, Illinois, and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared the Final Plat of Subdivision for Ashbury Woods; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for 22 four -unit townhomes to be known as Ashbury Woods, attached hereto as Exhibit `B "; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed Planned Unit Development to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the plat for the Ashbury Woods Planned Unit Development, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
