RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SIDEWALK AT 1151 MC CARTHY ROAD WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont is proposing to undertake public sidewalk improvements on McCarthy Road between Fourth Street and Woodcrest Drive, and WHEREAS, portions of the public sidewalk lie on privately owned properties at 1151 McCarthy Road, with ownership belonging to Nicholas and Maureen Orlando; and WHEREAS, the Village has requested that the owners dedicate a public sidewalk easement for such improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the attached Easement Agreement with Nicholas and Maureen Orlando is hereby approved.
