RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE OF OUTLOT A
(DETENTION BASIN) IN OAK TREE SUBDIVISION IN LEMONT, IL
WHEREAS, The Oak Tree Homeowner's Association, hereinafter referred to as the
"Association ", is the owner of record of Outlot A in Oak Tree Subdivision, a storm water detention basin
with the PIN 22 -27- 204 -020; and
WHEREAS, the Association has made a request that the Village of Lemont accept Outlot A for
ownership and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the Association has submitted a bill of sale for Outlot A and has petitioned the
Village to assume ownership and maintenance of Outlot A; and
WHEREAS, Village Staff haS reviewed Outlot A for compliance with approved plans and the
Lemont Subdivision Control Ordinance and recommends approval of the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees hereby
accept Outlot A in Oak Tree Subdivision in accordance with the terms of the Lemont Subdivision Control
Ordinance with the following conditions:
1. The President of the Homeowner's Association has signed a warranty deed.
2. The completion of a title search confirming that all taxes have been paid.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on
this 9th day of December, 2002.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Oak Tree Homeowners Association,
an Illinois homeowner's association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association "), in
consideration of ONE DOLLAR (1.00) and other valuable consideration, does hereby
grant, sell, transfer and deliver unto the VILLAGE OF LEMONT, an Illinois municipal
corporation, the following goods, chattels and other items of personal property in
connection with the Oak Tree Subdivision, namely:
Outlot A (Detention Basin) in Oak Tree Subdivision located on Oak Tree Lane,
Village of Lemont, Illinois, with the PIN 22 -27 -204- 020 -0000.
The object of this Bill of Sale is to grant, sell, transfer and deliver to the Village, the
ownership of all items of personalty that comprise Outlot A in Oak Tree Subdivision
located on Oak Tree Lane, Lemont, Illinois.
FURTHER BE IT KNOWN: That Association does hereby covenant that it is
the lawful owner of the heretofore described goods, chattels and personalty: that such
items are free from all encumbrances; that it has the right to sell the same as aforesaid;
and that it warrants and will defend the act of said corporation.
