BACKGROUND
The High Road LAFO Resurfacing project consists of improvements to High Road, north of 135th Street
to 127th Street. In order to use Motor Fuel Tax funds for the local match (30 %) of this construction
work, an MFT Resolution must be passed.
PROS /CONS /ALTERNATIVES
The MFT Resolution is required for the use of Motor Fuel Tax funds for this work.
RECOMMENDATION
Approval of said Resolution.

and all incidental and appurtenant work
and shall be constructed 1 8-feet & varies wide
and be designated as Section 11- 00048 -00 -RS
