WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont has received a Plat of Easement from Lennar
Communities of Chicago, LLC, for a blanket public utility and drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, said Plat of Easement allows for utility access to the said area;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Plat of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
8th ay of January, 2007.
