R-11-07 01/22/2007VILLAGE OF LEMONT RESOLUTION NO. 7 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 30 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 636 FIRST STREET IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (Woodglen Subdivision) ADOPTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT This 22nd day of January, 2007 Published in pamphlet form by authority of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemo, 2007. RESOLUTION NO. o7 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 30 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED AT 636 FIRST STREET IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS (Woodglen Subdivision) WHEREAS, Donven Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "the Petitioner ", is the owner of approximately 30 acres, hereinafter referred to as "the subject property ", generally located at 636 First Street, in Lemont, Illinois; said parcel is legally described in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision for the subject property, which is known as Woodglen Subdivision; and WHEREAS the petitioner has submitted a Final Plat of Subdivision for the 45 lot single - family attached homes (duplexes), attached hereto as Exhibit B, and; WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is in substantial conformance with the physical development policies and standards of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Subdivision for Woodglen Subdivision, which is attached hereto and made part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All signatures shall be executed on the plat prior to recordation. 2. Land -cash contributions will be paid to the Village of Lemont prior to the recording of the final plat, in accordance with Village Ordinances, as follows: Land Donation Cash Donation Park Donation $295,785 School Donation Elementary (K- 8) High School (9 -12) $50,157.69 $14,906.25 Total: 5360,849.06 3. Prior to recordation of the final plat of subdivision a Letter of Credit in the amount of $2,719,828.78 shall be submitted to the Village of Lemont.. 2 PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DUPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this 22nd day of January, 2007.
