R-12-07 01/22/2007RESOLUTION R, (a `6 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEEDS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1018 SALIM PLACE AND 1019 SALIM PLACE IN BUFFETT HARBOR SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Village Board on November 27, 2000, approved a final plat of subdivision for the development known as Buffett Harbor Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Michelle T. Forzley, Trustee of the Michelle T. Forzley Trust (Grantor), has donated certain property to the Village of Lemont for use as a public detention area; and WHEREAS, Michelle T. Forzley, as Trustee under the provisions of deeds in trust pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated the 21g day of December, 1998, as the owner of record of the property legally described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof, has conveyed and warranted said property to the Village of Lemont by warranty deed dated November 2, 2005; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont hereby accepts the attached Warranty Deeds for property legally described in Exhibits A and B with the following condition: That any and all real estate taxes due and payable prior to the date of said conveyance will remain the responsibility of the Grantor.
