R-15-07 02/12/2007RESOLUTION .i -o7 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 600 /800 STEPHEN STREET a /k/a 410 E. DIVISION STREET P.I.N. 22-29-202-026 WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont seeks to construct a flood control reservoir in the area known as Lemont Castle Bowl; and WHEREAS, in order to construct this public improvement it is necessary to acquire private property; and WHEREAS, Dean and Joan Gross have conveyed property to the Village of Lemont legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Lemont hereby accepts the attached Warranty Deed for property legally described in Exhibit A and recorded with the Cook County Clerk on November 6, 2006 as Document #0631005000, subject to the terms of the Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A.
