RESOLUTION 7
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXECUTE A LEASE - PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASING PROGRAM
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) TRACTOR MOWER
WHEREAS, in the FY 2007 -2008 Budget, purchase of a Tractor Mower has been authorized by the
Village Board; and
WHEREAS, in order to meet the State Program deadline for purchase, a resolution authorizing the
Village Administrator to enter into a lease - purchase agreement must be approved; and
WHEREAS, the bid attached hereto as Exhibit A outlines the terms and conditions of the Lease -
Purchase Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized to
execute the Lease - Purchase Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DU PAGE, ILLINOIS
