A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION AT 804
WARNER AVENUE IN LEMONT, ILLINOIS
(804 Warner Re- Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the petitioner, Colleen Villarreal is acting on behalf of the owner of certain
property consisting of .19 acres located at 804 Warner Avenue in Lemont, Illinois and legally
described in Exhibit A attached; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Resubdivision entitled "Villarreal Re-
Subdivision", attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit `B "; and
WHEREAS, the resubdivision is consistent with a permitted use in the R -4A Single Family
Detached Residence District; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that the approval of the
proposed Final Plat of Resubdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that the Final Plat of Resubdivision at 804 Warner Avenue, which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL, AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
