ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.12 OF THE LEMONT
MUNICIPAL CODE - Through, Stop and One -way Streets
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Lemont that:
SECTION 1:
A. Subsection (A)(375) and (A)(376) is added to §10.12.055- Partial stop
intersections- Designated, of the Lemont Municipal Code to read as
follows:
375. WB Logan St. Stops for Park Place
376. EB Logan St. Stops for Ridge Road
B. Subsection (A)(20), (A)(21), (A)(22) and (A)(23) is added to § 10.12.056 —
All -way stop intersections- Designated, of the Lemont Municipal Code to
read as follows:
20. Covington Dr. and Camelot Lane
21. Covington Dr. and Overton Dr.
22. St Vincent Dr. and Covington Dr.
23. Harvest Dr. and Rolling Meadow Dr.
SECTION 2: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 3: Repealer: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Lemont shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in pamphlet form.
