RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE HERITAGE QUARRIES GAZEBO
WHEREAS, the Village of Lemont requires that the Heritage Quarries Gazebo project be
completed; and
WHEREAS, the Village seeks to utilize the construction firm of Kenneth Company for such
work; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Company submitted a low bid for such work in the amount of
$23,708.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees that the
Contract with Kenneth Company is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF LEMONT, COUNTIES OF COOK, WILL AND DuPAGE, ILLINOIS, on this
12th day of April, 2004.
