R- (p r Q A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR A TWO LOT SUBDIVISION AT 433 GRANT STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF LEMONT (Domani's Resubdivision) WHEREAS, the petitioner is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately one half acre, legally described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared a Final Plat of Subdivision known as Domani's Resubdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit `B" and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision is consistent with the two lot subdivision which was approved by the Village Board on June 28, 2004; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined that approval of the proposed Final Plat of Subdivision to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the Final Plat of Subdivision at 433 Grant Street in Lemont, attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
