R-49-04 07/12/2004VILLAGE OF EMO T RESOLUTION 1 .0 41 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR COMMUNITY BANK OF LEMONT WHEREAS, Lemont Development Partnership, hereby known as "petitioner" is the owner of certain property consisting of approximately 5.5 acres located at 1229 State Street in Lemont, IL, and legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has prepared the Final Plat of Subdivision for Community Bank of Lemont; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted the Final Plat of Subdivision for Community Bank of Lemont, attached hereto as Exhibit "B;" and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont have determined the proposed development to be in the best interest of the Village of Lemont. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees that the final plat of subdivision for Community Bank of Lemont, attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved subject to the following condition: An escrow, letter of credit or other acceptable guarantee equal to 115 of the estimated cost of the remaining sidewalk installation, or $5,859, must be provided by the petitioner as a condition of plat approval.
