RE-CONVENED VILLAGE BOARD MEETING
March 9, 2010
The continuation of the March 8, 2010 meeting took place at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9,
President Brian Reaves presiding. Roll call: Trustees Blatzer, Chialdikas, Miklos, Stapleton, Virgilio; ayes.
Trustee Sniegowski absent. Motion by Stapleton, seconded by Blatzer, to re-convene the March 8 meeting.
Voice vote: 5 ayes. Motion passed.
ORDINANCES
Ordinance 0-7-10 -Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds
(Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2010, of the Village of Lemont, Cook, DuPage and Will
Counties, IL Providing the Details of Such Bonds and for an Alternate Revenue Source and the
Levy of Direct Annual Taxes Sufficient to Pay the Principal of and Interest on Such Bonds, and
Related Matters.
Motion by Stapleton, seconded by Blatzer, to adopt said ordinance. It was noted that the bonds will
be issued at 4.24% interest. Roll call: Stapleton, Virgilio, Blatzer, Chialdikas, Miklos; ayes.
Sniegowski absent. Motion passed.
X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Mayor Reaves reported that no municipalities have been paid by the State of Illinois. They hope to
pay all municipalities by next week.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Blatzer, seconded by Stapleton, to adjourn
the meeting at 6:12 p.m. Voice vote: 5 ayes. Motion passed.
