The new lease agreement would be from August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2027 and the rental rate will be 2,940.00 per year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Lemont, Counties of Cook, Will and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: SECTION 1 The Foregoing findings and recitals are hereby adopted as section One of this Resolution and are incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim herein. SECTION 2e The Village President, Village Administrator, or his Designee are authorized to negotiate and enter into an agreement for the lease of IDOT property and execute the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, at a total price not to exceed $2,940.00 annually, and to execute any other documents and take any other steps necessary to carry out this resolution. SECTION 30 This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
